Hi, I’m Samantha! I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I work collaboratively with my clients, tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs and goals.
I believe therapy works best when you feel both supported and safe to be honest about what you’re going through. Life can get messy and overwhelming, and together we’ll work through those challenges in a way that helps you feel more empowered, confident, and capable of navigating whatever life brings your way.
Building a strong therapeutic relationship is an important part of the process. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are while we work toward growth and healing.
A little about me outside of the therapy room—I grew up near the beach and have always felt most grounded being outdoors. I’m a big fan of golden retrievers, and like many therapists, I run on a steady supply of caffeine. I believe humor, authenticity, and genuine connection are powerful parts of the healing process.
A brief, human detail: when I’m not navigating life’s messy transitions with my clients, I’m likely navigating the world with a coffee in my hand. I run on equal parts compassion and caffeine—it makes the messiness of life feel a little more manageable.
